No, only through a participating agent. This plan is available to you as part of your Real Estate Agent’s commitment to bring value to your transaction. Together, we can help you facilitate this important transaction with the least amount of problems and costs.. 

Your agent will let you know. RERM fees are contingent upon the close of escrow, so there are no prepaid fees on your transaction. At the close of escrow the very reasonable fee for RERM services is paid. If escrow does not close, any services rendered are free of charge. 

You can use the program before, during, and after the close of escrow per transaction. Transactional, Non-Dispute, Legal Advice is available for one attorney consultation per subject matter up to 1 year after close of escrow. Lifetime mediation services available upon close of escrow.
